Corrections especially. If a figure here disagrees with the manufacturer, the manufacturer is right and we want to know.

What is worth sending
- A correction. A specification that does not match the manufacturer, a discontinued product still listed, a dead link, or a figure that does not add up. These get acted on — the process is in the editorial policy.
- A charging question we have not answered. Questions that turn up more than once end up on the FAQ or become a page.
- A product we should look at — particularly anything renter-installable that we have missed. It has to clear the filters on the methodology page, but suggestions are genuinely useful.
- An argument that a recommendation is wrong. Including “this reads like commission influenced it.” That is exactly the message worth sending.
What we cannot do
- Give electrical advice for your specific building. We are not electricians and we hold no certifications - the site says so plainly and we are not going to make an exception in an email.
- Diagnose a fault with your car, your charger or your building's wiring.
- Sell you anything. We are not a retailer and hold no stock; every buy link goes to a third-party seller.
- Handle an order, a return or a warranty claim - those belong to whoever you bought from.
- Accept a paid placement, a sponsored post or a free product in exchange for coverage. The answer is no and it will stay no.

About the missing details
There is no phone number and no postal address on this site, because Renter Volt has neither. It is a national publication with no premises and no service area, and putting a plausible-looking address on a contact page to fill the space would be fabricated contact information. An absent field beats a false one.
